An inspiring talk on entrepreneurship and experiential learning by Carine Mansour (BS ’17, MBA ’22), founder of Zaitna.
Students in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) course at LAU’s Adnan Kassar School of Business—offered by Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Information Technology and Operations Management Manal Yunis—in collaboration with the AKSOB Career Office, began their experiential learning project with an inspiring talk by alumna Carine Mansour (BS ’17, MBA ’22), founder of Zaitna. A shining example of LAU’s entrepreneurial spirit, Mansour shared her story of transforming a passion for olive oil into a thriving business. Her session set the stage for students to connect theory with practice as they develop and present their own ERP-based business projects.
