LAU Students Discover the Wine Legacy of Lebanon

LAU Hospitality and Tourism Management students recently spent the day learning about the rich traditions of Lebanese winemaking. Led by Mr. Bernard Abi Saab, they visited Château Rayak and Domaine des Tourelles in the Bekaa Valley, where they experienced guided tours and wine tasting and discovered the industry and every stage of the production, preservation and distribution. Beyond that, the students connected classroom theories with real-life experiences, deepening their understanding of Lebanon’s winemaking heritage. It was a day of discovery, learning and lasting memories.
