Dr. Ali Takach

ali-takach-profile.jpgDr. Ali Takach (BS ’18, MBA ’20) is CEO of Bridge Talent Solution, a recruitment and training firm serving clients across Lebanon and the GCC. A management academic, consultant, and business leader, he specializes in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational performance.

Takach earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the Lebanese American University before completing a doctorate in management from Jean Moulin University Lyon 3. He also serves as an instructor at LAU, teaching management and human resources courses.

Through Bridge Talent Solution, Takach has led initiatives in recruitment, training, performance management and leadership development, helping organizations build high-performing teams and strengthen their talent strategies.
