Nadine Njeim

nadine-njeim-profile.jpgNadine Njeim (BS ’12) is a communications advisor, marketing strategist, and entrepreneur with expertise in strategic communications, digital marketing, and public affairs. Since January 2025, she has served as Communications Advisor to the First Lady of Lebanon, overseeing strategic communications, media relations, and public outreach.

Njeim is the managing partner of Microbits®, a digital marketing agency operating across Beirut, Dubai, the United Kingdom, and Toronto, and the founder of Ēl/lE Consult, a consultancy specializing in political communications and strategic positioning. She also serves on the board of LAU Innovate, where she mentors startups and advises on marketing strategy and investment readiness.

Her work spans Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia, and she holds an ALM from Harvard University Extension School in addition to her Bachelor of Science in International Business from the Lebanese American University.
