Nathalie P. Nehme (BS ’07, MBA ’11) is the founder of HueZ, a people and culture consultancy serving organizations across the MENA region. With more than 17 years of experience, she has led people, culture, and organizational development initiatives across multinational and regional organizations in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.Specializing in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, and human resources consulting, Nehme helps organizations build high-performing cultures and support employee growth. She is a certified Insights practitioner, a global faculty member, and a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator. In addition, she serves as a part-time faculty member at the Lebanese American University, teaching Global Human Resource Management and Personal Branding in the Executive MBA program.
