Samer El Safah
Samer El Safah (BS ’98) is General Manager of the Makhzoumi Foundation, where he oversees a broad portfolio of programs in healthcare, vocational training, microfinance, humanitarian relief, and sustainable development. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, he has played a key role in developing initiatives that expand access to education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and social services across Lebanon.El Safah has led strategic partnerships, funding initiatives, and organizational growth efforts, while overseeing multiple functions including finance, procurement, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. He has also served on the boards and advisory bodies of several professional, educational, and development organizations, contributing his expertise in strategic planning, organizational management, and community development.
