AKSOB Students Apply Enterprise Resource Planning in Practice with Odoo
Students enrolled in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) course offered by Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Information Technology and Operations Management Dr. Manal Yunis at the Adnan Kassar School of Business (AKSOB) gained hands-on experience through Buy & Sell with Odoo, an experiential learning session organized in collaboration with the AKSOB Career Office. The hybrid workshop demonstrated how Odoo ERP systems streamline purchasing, sales and inventory processes, equipping students with applied skills increasingly valued by employers across Lebanon, the GCC and Europe.
